Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the activities and content that are not permitted on Delrity. It helps keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Delrity platform, including the websites you build and publish with it. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the activities described below.
2. Prohibited activities and content
You may not use the Service, or publish content, that:
- Is illegal - content or conduct that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Distributes malware - viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code;
- Facilitates phishing - attempts to deceive people into revealing passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information;
- Sends spam - unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive marketing;
- Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- Involves fraud - deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent schemes;
- Promotes crypto scams - fraudulent token sales, “giveaways”, or deceptive investment schemes;
- Contains adult content - pornographic or sexually explicit material, and any content that exploits or endangers minors;
- Promotes hate speech - content that incites violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics; or
- Misrepresents the Service - reselling or impersonating Delrity without authorisation.
3. Security violations
You may not attempt to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Delrity’s infrastructure or to any other user’s account or data. This includes denial-of- service attacks, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without authorisation, bypassing authentication, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly - see our Security page.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. Where a violation occurs, we may remove content, suspend publishing, or suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or the public. We may also cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required.
5. Reporting abuse
To report content or activity that breaches this policy, use our abuse report form or email abuse@delrity.com with the relevant details and a link to the content. You do not need a Delrity account to report. A report is reviewed by a person and does not remove or suspend a site by itself.
