Refund Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Refund Policy explains how our free trial, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Delrity offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, giving you our Business-level features, including storefront selling, with three exceptions that remain paid-only: custom domains, extra team members, and removing our branding. The trial is the best way to evaluate whether Delrity is right for you before you pay anything. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, you are not charged.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew. Pricing is shown on our pricing page. If you upgrade part-way through a billing period, you pay a prorated charge for the rest of that period and the new price applies from your next renewal. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renew on the Billing page of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to paid features until then.
4. Refund eligibility
Because we offer a 14-day free trial before any payment, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you believe you were charged in error - for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake - contact us and we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
5. Non-refundable periods after renewal
Fees for a billing period that has already started or renewed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling after a renewal stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
6. Sales through your own storefront
This Refund Policy covers fees you pay Delrity for your subscription. It does not cover products or services you sell to your own customers through your storefront (Commerce, available on the Business plan). Those payments are processed by the payment provider you connect (currently PayFast) or paid directly to you in cash, and are settled directly into your own account - Delrity is not a party to those transactions and cannot issue refunds on your behalf. If you sell products to customers, you are responsible for your own refund and cancellation terms and for honouring them.
